MLBPAA Honors Byron Buxton with Minnesota Twins Heart and Hustle Award

Center fielder Byron Buxton winner of Heart and Hustle Award. A speedy outfielder, Buxton is in his third Major League season and is receiving his first career Heart and Hustle Award. The number one ranked prospect in all of baseball prior to the 2014 season, Buxton has proved to be an exciting player since entering the big leagues with the Twins in 2015. The award is being presented by Hall of Famer, 1993 World Series MVP and current Minnesota Twins manager, Paul Molitor. In 21 Major League seasons, Molitor was a seven-time All-Star, collected 3,319 hits and won four Silver Slugger Awards.
